5) Network with other successful people – Most successful people have successful friends and like to mix with other people who they can share ideas with.

6) Give something back. Giving your time, talent, and money to charitable causes is a brand-builder especially when it complements your brand strategy. Find a cause you are passionate about.

7) Lead by example – always keep up to date with marketing skills and be an action taker. You will see far more duplication and inspire others to want to duplicate you when you are a person of aciton.

Your personal brand is one of your greatest business assets. Put more  time and effort into it than you do  branding your product.  In the end, if you can’t sell yourself, you’ll find it nearly impossible to sell your product.
