There is one sure thing that has contributed to the high failure rate in the network marketing industry – and that is not having a process in place to qualify people who join your team and accepting everyone who has a heartbeat. Building a successful busines is truly not for everyone, no matter what anyone tells you. To be successful in business you have to be hungry, motivated, disciplined, willing to work for nothing to begin with , and work with a vision of what you CAN achieve.
I spent 4 years in my previous MLM business signing up everyone and anyone as I was taught and hoping that I could turn apples into pears. I spent many hours trying to motivate my team and what I realise now is you have to screen out the people who will simply never make it.
My current business has an application process in place which does an awesome job of filtering out the tire kickers and lookey loos who , quite honestly, cant make the decision to submit their application are probably not going to take action if they did join.

One of the things that finally put the nail in the coffin on my dying MLM business was spending several long months and thousands of wasted dollars on ‘opportunity leads’. I knew that calling these leads was wasting my time and money as most of them were looking for a job or just filling in time online. I tried continuosly to tell my upline that this method was very ineffective, but all I got told was “it’s you, and the way you are thinking about these leads”. What a joke!! Only a month later or so, everyone moved to another method because everyone was losing money and quitting.
